WHO WE ARE ?

Operational profiles, accustomed to demanding environments

MAGNI OPS is the UAS and GEOINT operational subsidiary resulting from a strategic alliance between the Phoenix Capital Group and MAGNI DRONES. We deploy surveillance, security, mapping, and logistical support capabilities, particularly in support of the MACC and GOLDCONNECT initiatives, to assist mining and territorial operations with reliable and measurable technological solutions.

Operational expertise derived from special forces, serving the civilian world

Founded in France in 2022 under the name MAGNI Drones by Aurélien Garçonnet and Manon Garçonnet, Magni Ops draws on expertise gained directly from French special forces and intelligence services, forged in demanding operational environments. Its team brings together drone specialists and operators who have acquired significant field experience within the French and Canadian armed forces, particularly in the areas of surveillance, intelligence, security, and complex operations.

In 2024, the company undertook a strategic redeployment of its activities in Canada, marked by the relocation of its founders to Montreal and the creation of MAGNI Drone Inc. This repositioning is in line with a clear industrial and operational strategy: to evolve within a leading aeronautical ecosystem that is conducive to large-scale BVLOS deployments, while sustainably structuring technological, human, and organizational capabilities capable of transposing proven military standards to high value-added civil, institutional, and industrial applications.

Operational excellence in challenging environments

The Magni Ops operational team is mainly composed of experts from the armed forces, with solid experience gained in high-intensity military and security environments. Accustomed to operating in challenging contexts—marked by high risks, interference constraints, constant pressure, and uncertainty—our operators have developed proven decision-making skills under pressure. In these environments, performance does not rely solely on technology, but on the ability to keep a cool head, apply rigorous procedures, make quick decisions, and continuously adapt to changes in the field. This operational culture, forged through direct contact with reality, structures all our missions and constitutes the DNA of Magni Ops: rigor, discipline, adaptability, and operational continuity, in the service of reliable, secure, and sustainable deployments.
