STRATEGIC MANIFESTO – MAGNI OPS
Magni Ops was born out of a simple conviction: operational sovereignty cannot be decreed, it must be built, mastered, and maintained over time.
In a world marked by instability, fragmented security spaces, and technological dependence, we have chosen to build a sovereign and versatile player capable of operating, securing, training, and transmitting.
We are not a juxtaposition of services. We are building an integrated capability, combining operations, aviation security, data management, and training, designed to be auditable, reproducible, and transferable. Every system deployed by Magni Ops is based on a logic of control, traceability, and continuity, to guarantee its effectiveness over time, regardless of the people or contexts involved.
Our ambition is not to “do instead of”, but to structure autonomous, robust, and sustainable capabilities that can operate in constrained, sensitive, or degraded environments. We transpose proven operational standards from the most demanding contexts to civil, institutional, and industrial uses, without compromising on rigor, discipline, and responsibility.
Magni Ops has a vision: that of operational excellence in the service of sovereignty, resilience, and transmission.

Maintain capacity. Control risk. Act for the long term.
GBADOLITE: AERONAUTICAL EXPERTISE CENTER
We plan and conduct results-oriented drone missions: data collection, surveillance, area monitoring, operational support, and long-duration missions as needed. BVLOS capability is approached as an operational discipline: preparation, procedures, control, and continuity, to achieve a sustainable, reproducible, and controlled capability.
Forming a local industry: competence as sovereignty

BVLOS capability is approached as an operational discipline: preparation, procedures, control, and continuity, to achieve a sustainable, reproducible, and controlled capability.
Technological autonomy: in-house building blocks and platforms tailored to specific missions
We are aiming for progressive autonomy: developing proprietary technologies (AI, sensors, data chains, systems) and converging towards mission-specific drone platforms. The goal is to be less dependent, more robust, and able to evolve quickly.
Industrial trajectory: assembly then ramp-up in manufacturing (Greater Montreal)
MAGNI OPS is developing a mission-oriented industrial trajectory based on the design of drone platforms specifically tailored to the needs of its initiatives. This approach aims to ensure the right balance between operational requirements, technical architectures, and deployment environments.
Initially, this trajectory is based on the assembly and integration of dedicated systems (quality, testing, maintenance in operational condition), before gradually moving towards manufacturing capabilities focused on certain sub-assemblies and key technological building blocks. Greater Montreal is the industrial base for this ramp-up, enabling industrialization without losing the agility necessary for the evolution of missions.

High impact uses: forest fires and critical missions
Our ambition is also to apply this capability to high impact missions, including fighting forest fires: detection, mapping, monitoring, decision support, and operational continuity. This is a demanding use case, and therefore an excellent standard.
CONTINUOUS MONITORING OF THE GREEN CORRIDOR
MAGNI Ops is part of a strategy to protect and stabilize the Green Corridor: persistent monitoring, early detection, and documentation of risky activities (intrusions, human pressure, environmental damage) to support rapid and proportionate decisions by the authorities.
Our added value lies in continuity and evidence: traceable observations that can be compared over time and shared with the relevant institutional actors to ensure governance and compliance. In this context, MAGNI maintains a civilian stance: no weapons, no targeting, and no offensive action.
