DRONE AND DATA CAPABILITIES FOR CRITICAL MISSIONS

Our expertise covers the entire chain: mission planning and execution (including BVLOS), aviation safety, training, geomatics, and production of decision-making information.

Aviation security – doctrine, risk management, and continuity

Aviation safety underpins all our operations. MAGNI OPS applies a rigorous approach: risk analysis, standardization of procedures, mission preparation, operational control, and continuous improvement. This discipline guarantees the reliability and compatibility of operations with regulatory requirements and field constraints. At MAGNI OPS, aviation safety is based on a high level of expertise, inherited from military experts. This translates into a comprehensive and systemic understanding of operational, human, and technical issues, and proven risk management over time.

In an environment where the “third dimension” is becoming increasingly dense, safety is not just a matter of checklists: it requires a robust and adaptable doctrine capable of guiding stakeholders, absorbing uncertainty, and maintaining operational continuity. It is this doctrinal logic that guides our missions: rigor, traceability, decision-making discipline, and constant adaptation.

Training – from scratch, sustainable ecosystems, and real transfer

Training is at the heart of what we do. MAGNI OPS operates on a simple principle: if the commitment is there, we know how to train, just as the armed forces do, by building skills based on motivated profiles. Centered around Mirabel, the nerve center of Magni Ops, and Kisangani, Phoenix’s operational base for the AXIS National Program, our system is based on an integrated architecture designed to structure our activities and build a clear, sustainable, value-creating ecosystem that encourages emulation and the transfer of know-how.

In this dynamic, our partners Vertiko Mobilité and Carbon 01 are valuable assets: Vertiko strengthens our integration and testing environment in Mirabel, while Carbon 01 plays a key role in structuring capabilities through the acquisition and integration of operational equipment. Our message to local communities, in Africa as well as in Canada, is consistent: we are present, we know how to structure, and we transfer knowledge until the capacity is truly in your hands.

Geomatics – transforming data into actionable deliverables

We produce decision-oriented geomatics deliverables: mapping, spatial analysis, digital terrain models, infrastructure monitoring, right-of-way documentation, and operational support. The value lies in the reliability, traceability, and usefulness of the results, not in the accumulation of data.

Data chain – secure, actionable information for decision-making

MAGNI OPS structures the value chain: sensor acquisition, processing, storage, visualization, and controlled dissemination. This control secures information flows and delivers outputs that can be acted upon immediately by authorities, operators, and institutional partners, ensuring continuity.

Drone operations – complex missions & BVLOS

We plan and conduct results-oriented drone missions: data collection, surveillance, area monitoring, operational support, and long-duration missions as needed. BVLOS capability is approached as an operational discipline: preparation, procedures, control, and continuity, to achieve a sustainable, reproducible, and controlled capability.
